I belief that Agile is much more than following a framework. And I belief that a lot of creativity and innovation power is wasted. Left untapped. While they are so badly needed. Especially in software development.
I want to help teams (agile or not) and organisations benefit from all the creativity and innovation power they already have. By helping them grow the safety and trust needed to allow creativity and innovation to flourish.
To grow my experience, I am looking for coaching and mentoring opportunities.
