I am a developer, agile advocate and coach with 30+ years of experience in software development under my belt. I no longer have an ounce of dogmatism left in my body and signed the oath of non-allegiance the minute I became aware of its existence.
I am keenly interested in many subjects – psychology, motivation, cognition, habits, behavior drivers, communication, to name but a few.
I want to help people and organisations grow better teams by helping them unleash the creativity, innovation power and productivity already within them.
Whatever my position, I help build up the team I am on and focus on growing trust and having fun together. These are topics near to my heart and I talk about them regularly in my articles and on my newsletter.
